A Juvenile Card is an identity card issued to children under 18 years of age. Unlike the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), the Juvenile Card is a chip-based card and serves as an official document offering multiple benefits. To apply, the child’s parent or blood relative, who holds a valid National Identity Card (NIC), must be physically present to provide biometric data. Applications can be submitted at any NADRA Registration Center (NRC), as online services are not available for this process.
