Everyone can obtain CRC from NADRA offices by providing proof of childbirth from the union council. Parents of a child must obtain National Identity cards/ NICOP for overseas Pakistanis. They must go physically to NADRA registration centers for the acquisition of CRC.

Parents and legal custodians must visit the NADRA offices to get a Child Registration Certificate. They have to provide required proof and documents like Birth Certificates issued by union councils. Children or pictures must presented at the time of the Child Registration Certificate application. The material status of parents must be married whose children need CRC.

CRC/B.form Application Form Biometric verification
Parents must physically exist in the NADRA office at the time of verification of the CRC NADRA form. However, they can verify their B.form through a gazetted officer of BPS-16, 17, and 18.
B.Form Online Check
Applicants can track their status of B.form online. After applying for NADRA CRC, the office provides a token number. That token number is NADRA B.form ID.
